لمراجعة Apple (App Store): هذه الصفحة تصف أنواع البيانات التي قد يجمعها التطبيق أو يعالجها عبر الخوادم المرتبطة بالخدمة، والأغراض والأسس القانونية بشكل عام. يُرجى الاحتفاظ بهذا الرابط عاماً (HTTPS) وتحديث السياسة عند تغيّر الممارسات.

1. من نحن

تطبيق بساط الريح (Bisat Al-Reeh / Bsatalreh) يتيح التسوق والطلب والتواصل مع المتاجر وخدمات التوصيل ضمن منصة مرتبطة بنطاق alazawe.com (ومنها على سبيل المثال bsatalreh.alazawe.com). تُعالَج بياناتك وفق هذه السياسة والقوانين المعمول بها.

2. البيانات التي نجمعها أو نعالجها

بيانات الحساب والهوية: عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Sign in with Apple قد نستلم معرفاً فريداً للمستخدم، والاسم المعروض، وعنوان البريد عندما يتيحه المزوّد، وذلك لإنشاء حساب زبون وربط الطلبات.
بيانات الطلب والتوصيل: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، عنوان التوصيل، تفاصيل السلة والطلبات وحالة المعالجة.
الجهاز والإشعارات: قد نخزّن رمز إشعار الجهاز (FCM) ونوع المنصة (مثل iOS/Android) لإرسال إشعارات فورية تتعلق بالطلبات والعروض والتنبيهات الخدمية.
الصور: إذا اخترت التقاط صورة أو اختيارها من المعرض (للمنتجات أو المحتوى المسموح به في التطبيق)، تُستخدم لغرض تقديم الخدمة فقط.
الاتصال والشبكة: قد يُستخدم فحص حالة الاتصال لتحسين تجربة التطبيق (مثل إظهار حالة عدم الاتصال).
محتوى الويب المضمّن: قد يعرض التطبيق صفحات ويب عبر عرض مضمّن؛ تخضع تلك الصفحات لسياسات المواقع المعنية إن وُجدت.

3. الأساس القانوني والأغراض

نعالج البيانات لتنفيذ العقد أو الخطوات قبل العقد (إتمام الطلب والتوصيل)، ولمصالحنا المشروعة في تشغيل المنصة وتحسينها، وللامتثال للالتزامات القانونية عند الاقتضاء. الإشعارات الفورية اختيارية حيث يسمح النظام ويمكنك إدارتها من إعدادات الجهاز.

4. مشاركة البيانات وأطراف ثالثة

Google LLC: تسجيل الدخول عبر Google وفق سياسة خصوصية Google.
Apple Inc.: تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple وفق سياسة خصوصية Apple.
Google Firebase (Cloud Messaging): لإرسال إشعارات فورية للجهاز؛ تخضع لشروط وخصوصية Google/Firebase.
مقدمو البنية التحتية: الخوادم والاستضافة التي تُخزَّن عليها البيانات ضمن نطاق الخدمة.

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لجهات تسويقية خارجية كسلعة مستقلة.

5. التخزين والأمان والاحتفاظ

نطبّق إجراءات أمنية معقولة لحماية البيانات. تُحتفَظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة والالتزامات القانونية وحل النزاعات. يمكن طلب حذف الحساب وفق آلية التطبيق والخادم حيث تتوفر.

6. حقوقك

حسب القانون المعمول به، قد تشمل حقوقك الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو الاعتراض أو تقييد المعالجة. للاستفسارات يُرجى التواصل عبر بيانات الاتصال في القسم 9 أدناه.

7. الأطفال

الخدمة موجهة للمستخدمين البالغين أو بإشراف ولي الأمر. إذا كنت تعتقد أننا جمعنا بيانات طفل دون حق، يرجى التواصل معنا لاتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

8. التعديلات

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة. سنعرض تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه. الاستمرار في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة المعدّلة حيث يسمح القانون.

1. Who we are

The Bsatalreh / Bisat Al-Reeh app provides shopping, ordering, and related services connected to the alazawe.com ecosystem (including bsatalreh.alazawe.com). This policy describes how we handle personal data in the app and backend services.

2. Data we collect or process

Account & identity: When you sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we may receive a provider user ID, display name, and email when shared by the provider, to create a customer account and link your orders.
Orders & delivery: Name, phone, delivery address, cart/order details and fulfilment status.
Device & notifications: We may store an FCM device token and platform type (e.g. iOS/Android) to send push notifications about orders, offers, and service messages.
Photos: If you choose to capture or pick images (e.g. product-related), they are used only to provide the requested feature.
Connectivity: Basic connectivity status may be used to improve UX.
Embedded web content: In-app web views may load third-party pages governed by those sites’ policies.

3. Purposes & legal bases

We process data to perform our contract with you (fulfil orders), for legitimate interests in operating and improving the platform, and to comply with legal obligations. Push notifications are optional where the OS allows; you can manage them in device settings.

4. Third parties

Infrastructure providers hosting our servers and databases.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketers as a standalone product.

5. Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards. Data is kept as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal requirements. Account deletion may be available through the app/server flows where offered.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, object, or restrict processing. Contact us using the details in Section 9 below.

7. Children

The service is intended for adults or use with parental guidance. Contact us if you believe a child’s data was collected inappropriately.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
